Here at The Kneaded Bread, everything is made fresh daily.
As soon as you enter the bakery, you will immediately feel the passion we have for food. We do not settle or cut corners when it comes to ingredients, baking techniques or customer service. We pride ourselves in being one of the only scratch-baking bakeries in Westchester county and Lower Fairfield county. We bake with unbleached, unbromated flour and all-natural ingredients. No preservatives are used in our bakery.

We sell focaccia by the piece, or you can order a whole - or half - sheet pan with one day's notice. Focaccia is baked around 10:30AM everyday except Sunday. We make two kinds daily:

Our menu changes daily and everything is - you guessed it - baked on our freshly-baked bread. Our menu is posted to our instagram story daily.

We make old fashioned sour cream donuts on Saturdays & Sundays. Making fresh all day long so that everyone gets a hot donut.

Steel cut oatmeal made fresh every morning. Have it on its own or add our granola, brown sugar and California raisins. A huge fan favorite, we offer our house-made granola in 8oz bags to go.

Cupcakes like you remember - golden yellow cake or chocolate cake frosted with either buttercream or coconut.

We offer drip coffee and espresso drinks, and we grind the beans for every pot we brew. Our house-blend french roast, decaf and hazelnut coffee are famous in town. Whether you come in as the doors open or right at closing, we pride ourselves on only serving a hot cup. We also offer whole beans in convenient bags for take home.

Doesn't need to be winter to enjoy our award-winning decadent hot cocoa. We melt down a 5 kilogram Belgian chocolate bar for this cup of goodness. Served small or large or ask for a shot in your espresso drink of choice.

We brew three refreshing iced teas in house throughout the day to whet your whistle. As well as an assortment of hot teas to pick you up or take the chill off.
